1. The service
Stryvia Growth provides analysis and optimization tools for SEO, paid media and market intelligence. Access requires an account and an active subscription or credit balance for metered operations.
2. Your data and accounts
You authorize the platform to read from the third-party accounts you connect (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console) for the purpose of producing analysis and recommendations. You may disconnect at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the accounts you connect and for your team members' access.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use it to violate the terms of any connected provider. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Billing
Subscriptions and credit packs are billed through our payment processor. Charges are described at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location.
5. No guarantee of ranking or inclusion
We optimize the signals you control and measure outcomes against your own analytics. We do not and cannot guarantee a specific search ranking or inclusion in any AI answer engine.
6. Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
